Get a Sumsub token for IDV collection

Returns a token that can be used to set up a Sumsub SDK session to gather the IDV documents of an individual.

Authentication is optional for this endpoint. You may pass either unblock-session-id (authenticated user session) or user-uuid (unauthenticated) in the request header.
