Create a single-use offramp wallet for a corporate

Creates a single-use wallet address linked to a specific external reference for a corporate. This wallet is used to receive stablecoins, which will automatically trigger an offramp process to the corporate's main beneficiary bank account. This endpoint is restricted to whitelisted corporate users.
