Creates a dedicated DTR bank account (Virtual IBAN) for the user making the request, identified by bakkt-session-id. The account is intended to receive fiat deposits that will be converted to crypto for that user.

This account supports deposits from:

• 1st party senders: the user's own bank account.
• 3rd party senders: bank accounts owned by others.

Note: If you intend to send fiat to a third-party recipient, use the /user/remittance/beneficiary endpoint to set up their receiving account instead.
